Account Management
Wilson Banwell develops and nurtures strong customer-focused relationships through our Account Management activities.
Each Account Manager is responsible for:
- partnering with you to understand the challenges and needs of your organization
- helping you to choose counselling, training, development, and consultation solutions that will help you solve those challenges
- tracking the utilization and success of these solutions, and
- listening to your feedback and ideas for ways in which results can be maintained and/or improved.
