Our assessment-based approach to employee development helps ensure that existing and future talent is identified and nurtured. Using our own proprietary assessment tools in the areas of 360-degree assessment and job simulation testing in addition to other standardized testing (personality, ability, vocational, motivational), we ensure that we first establish an accurate and comprehensive picture of the individual with whom we are working. Leadership and Management Development Programs
In today's business environment, few leaders and managers have the adaptability and readiness to handle the broad range of situations that face them each day. We help to define the competencies required for leadership and management success in each company. We then build an assessment program around these competencies using interviews, role-plays, 360-degree assessment, standardized testing, and simulations. We make developmental recommendations and assist the organization to link training and coaching with assessment results.
Succession Planning
In our more mobile management workforce, building a plan for succession is a huge task. Our measurement-based approach to human resource development naturally lends itself to succession planning. We develop complete planning processes that include succession for all key positions, identification and assignment of level of readiness and individual development plans.
We help by working with our clients to establish a "selection matrix", a framework for personnel decision making that enables our clients to consider the "readiness" of their management team for future promotion. We help our clients select what will go into the selection matrix, such as: assessment data, previous performance, key successes, etc.
Career Transition Planning
This service is designed for individuals making a career change.
We provide a thorough assessment of interests, values, aptitudes,
and motivations. Feedback and coaching is provided and a plan
is developed to assist the individual to take the steps to realizing
his or her ambitions.
