We use a range of different evaluation methods, including job simulation, standardized testing, and interviewing to ensure that we develop an accurate and comprehensive picture of the candidate. Our professional staff use the most up-to-date, reliable, and defensible tools available on the market.

Industry leaders in simulation (in-basket) design, we have our own proprietary products that are included in our assessment batteries. We have a strong commitment to on-going research and product development and are often called upon to design and validate new assessment tools for our clients.

Our assessments are targeted at two broad levels:

Management and Executive Selection

Selecting the new and future leaders of your company is one of the most important tasks for any organization. Our approach includes an analysis of the competencies for the position, an interview with a psychologist and standardized assessment tools. Wilson Banwell also provides feedback and developmental coaching on request.

Non-Management Selection

Increasing staff quality and reducing turnover are two business essentials. We provide screening programs for hourly or non-management employees. Assessments can be carried out at Wilson Banwell or clients can conduct in-house testing and scoring, providing dependable and timely results.
