File Clerk – full-time, Vancouver Office

Wilson Banwell Proact Human Solutions is looking for a full-time File Clerk for our Vancouver office. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Professional Services and work collaboratively and supportively as a part of the Clinical Records team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Accurate and complete data entry
  • Sort and file documentation
  • Resolve and reconcile data queries
  • Involvement with other data-based projects based upon need and competency
  • Eligibility:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in data entry
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel
  • Suitability:

    We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who works accurately, takes initiative, and has strong organizational skills. The individual will be a professional with effective problem solving skills, a planner and cautious thinker. They should be committed to producing quality and accurate materials on time.
