William Barker, Ph.D.Vice President, Professional Services Dr. William Barker is Vice-President, Professional Services, for Wilson Banwell & Associates, Ltd., in charge of professional service delivery, practice development, and research and development. He has been with Wilson Banwell since 1988 as Regional Director. Dr. Barker's professional specialty is in clinical psychology and he is a Registered Psychologist in Alberta. Dr. Barker pioneered the application of psychological services to law enforcement in Canada. He is Past President of the Psychologists Association of Alberta and Past Director of the Canadian Psychological Association.
