Our information includes mental health and human resource articles, tools and assessments, as well as member-only services (e.g. booking counselling appointments, online courses, and other member benefits).

All of the health and human resource information we provide on this web site is designed to be accessible to the widest possible audience and is reviewed and approved by our formally certified subject matter experts (e.g. Ph.D. registered clinical psychologists, Ph.D. registered organizational development psychologists). Most of the information on the web site is authored by our experts. We also provide articles from National Institutes of Health and other government agencies.

Site reliability and performance

Wilson Banwell has an experienced staff of Information Technologists and computer programmers.

Our web-site is built on industry standard software and hardware. Our web-server and database applications have been developed to assure reliability and to avoid interruptions in service.

If something fails to function, we have backup components and our web-server systems are located at a secure, offsite center which gives us access to the Internet backbone and keeps us available to site users continuously.
