Wilson Banwell Appoints New Director To Lead Company’s Growth In Ontario Marketplace.

Vancouver, B.C. – February 14, 2005: Dr. William Barker, V.P , Professional Services for Wilson Banwell – Human SolutionsTM, announced today the appointment of Dr. Anita Teslak as the company’s new Director of Professional Services for Ontario. A leading provider of workplace health services, Wilson Banwell has given Dr. Teslak the responsibility to expand on the company’s ongoing success in the Ontario marketplace.

“Our nation-wide expansion has been very significant over the past several years and Ontario in particular, has been a key area of dramatic growth, said Dr. Barker. “As a result in our search for our leader in Ontario we were looking for somebody with great insight into the Ontario marketplace and the ability to develop and manage our series of new programs. Anita brings invaluable expertise to our organization and will provide key leadership to Wilson Banwell’s central Canadian initiatives.”

Dr. Teslak has over 25 years of combined financial and clinical experience. Her management experience and her broad range of clinical and organizational development skills have been very beneficial in assisting organizations with their selection and promotion of candidates, succession planning, management audit projects and overall employee and organizational health initiatives. Dr. Teslak’s understanding of business, leadership and psychology has shaped her unique ability to align business needs with human needs. Dr. Teslak holds a B.A. from York University, an M.A. in Counselling Psychology and a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from The Adler School of Professional Psychology.
