Wilson Banwell Selected To Provide Work/Life Programs to Vancity
Vancouver, B.C. – March 3, 2005: Wilson Banwell has signed an agreement with Vancity to provide the financial institution’s employees and their families with a series of innovative services created to help them make informed health and lifestyle choices.
“We are pleased to partner with an employer that has recently been recognized as one of the best organizations to work for in the entire country,” said Wilson Banwell’s Craig Thompson, Vice President of Business Development. “Vancity has a mandate to create a positive, healthy environment for their staff, and this agreement marks just the beginning of a relationship between our two companies.”
The initial phase of the agreement involves providing Vancity staff and their families access to a range of work/life programs. The services are all provided online, enabling customers to access them at any time, in the privacy of their own homes.
“We’re committed to creating an innovative workplace environment,” acknowledged Joanne Kaszonyi, Vancity’s Manager of Employee Services, HR Division. “So providing important wellness programs in collaboration with Wilson Banwell is part of providing a supportive experience for our employees and their families.”
