Responsible optimism is about changing obstacles into challenges — by changing self-talk. It is about experiencing all that life has to offer — the ups and the downs — and doing so with energy and enthusiasm, good mood, and good health.
This course focuses on determining your personal style of self-talk and developing strategies to change that self-talk to an optimistic style.
