Are you under pressure? Too much stress in your life? If so, this course can help.
The course focuses on key stress management skills. In addition to the oft-taught skills of relaxation, the course focuses on more permanent solutions to stress management, including: managing thinking, action-centered living (managing feelings), time management, increasing positive experiences, and getting active.
The course uses a combination of audio (optional, for guided relaxation exercises) with interactive, printable exercises that focus on action steps.
